I wanted to install a fly screen on my door without having to drill into the brick wall or even the iron door frame.
So I came up with the idea of buying two pot magnets with hooks of the type BD-FTN-50
from supermagnete.ee.
I placed them on the left and right of the top door frame and slid the screen’s hanger into the hooks.
Since this door is very exposed to the wind, it seemed advisable for safety reasons to choose large pot magnets with a holding force of 75 kg each.
Now my insect protection door holds firmly without any drilling.
