Why do you have a minimum order value?

What is the minimum order value?

The minimum order value is 20 euros (plus shipping costs). This is because every order, no matter how small, is handled with care: it is hand-packed in a sheltered workshop and shipped promptly. A minimum order amount is necessary to make the effort worthwhile.

True costs

We could cross-finance the losses from small orders through customers with larger orders – but we don't want to do that. We believe it is more honest to treat all our customers equally and accept only orders that cover our actual costs.

Transparency

We make an effort to put our cards on the table and openly communicate the minimum order value. In the shopping cart, you have the option of increasing the current order to the required minimum order value with just one click.
